I have some strange problem with new CME installation. when caller dials main number, it goes to automated attendant. sometime when caller dials main number, it doesn't go to automated attendant and actually the caller doesn't hear ring back tone. actually he is able to hear all conversation happening inside the organization. it sounds he dials intercom number, I have not configured intercom lines though.
please find show run and show version in the attachment. CME is using SIP trunk (XO communication). when call comes in, it goes firectly to AA CUE. one call out of 20-25 calles, it doesn't trigger AA CUE and it actually loopback RTP stream to caller. that means caller hears its own voice.
