CME and CUE licensing

All, Im starting my first CME today, and I received my router, with CME and CUE on it. Do I have to go and license it on Cisco's licensing website, for a key? OR Is it ready to just be configured and put in place without having to get a license. Im just thinking about Unity and CallManager in the past. Any thoughts?

Hi John,

You should be "good to go" here :) CME Licensing is honor based and there are no PAK registration requirements. As for CUE;

Note: When you order Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unity Express software and the purchased license are installed on the module at the factory. Spare modules also ship with the software and license installed.
