CME and IP Phone congestion tone trouble

Hi,

I'm using CME 4.1 and some 7906G 7960G IP phones with Skinny.

I cannot hear congestion tone when the callee hangup the call.

This happens also for internal calls.

additional info:

When i offhook the phone and wait some seconds i can hear the congestion

tone, and if i look on the debug ephone mess i can see:

Jul 19 13:52:35.583: Sending message 0x85FB58B8 to phone 4, sock 3, tcb

0x851B5DAC, SkinnyMessageID = StationStopToneMessageID

Jul 19 13:52:35.587: Sending message 0x85FB38F0 to phone 4, sock 3, tcb

0x851B5DAC, SkinnyMessageID = StationStartToneMessageID

Instead when i'm during a call and the callee hangup i see:

0x851B5DAC, SkinnyMessageID = StationStopToneMessageID

Jul 19 13:54:53.526: Sending message 0x85FB4ACC to phone 4, sock 3, tcb

0x851B5DAC, SkinnyMessageID = StationSetLampMessageID

Jul 19 13:54:53.530: Sending message 0x83BFD4BC to phone 4, sock 3, tcb

There is no StationStartToneMessageID after StopTone.
