CME - Auto Attendant - Script Problem - Redirecting ?
I have a problem with redirecting. In CUE script editor there is a function "Call Redirect" and it has 4 branches. They are
(when redirecting the coming call to another person) What I want to know is, when the call is successful (successful means phone is ringing), if the user doesn't answer the call how to redirect it again to a Label? I know in cme configuration you can configure timeouts and send the coming call if no answer to a extension (etc voice mail). But is there a way to do it in script?
2nd question is how to call redirect to a user's voice mail account? It shouldn't be a general voice mail account.
