CME call forwarding with Telco *72

I am using CME router 2921. I have one FXO card (4 ports) and four PSTN lines are  connected to my router.  We need for our customer to be able to forward and unforward the site's main line.  The main line is 5551234 and we need to forward it to 5559000.  The main line 5551234 also has rollover setup with the Telco to roll to the other 3 site lines.  I know how to configure night service and we have this working, however we would like to utilize the telco's fowarding utilizing *72 to turn on and *73 to turn off.  I figured an easy way to do this would be to setup speeddials for the receptionist phone however I'm not sure how we would specify voice-port 0/1/0 to make sure the forwarding is set on the main line. Any other suggestion or tip will be very helpful to me.  Following are the four PSTN numbers which i have assigned to FXO ports:

voice-port 0/1/0 = 5551234

voice-port 0/1/1 = 5551235

voice-port 0/1/2 = 5551236

voice-port 0/1/3 = 5551237

You need to configure dial-peer so that each particula call/code, will got to a specific port.

Are you the end user, or are you working with a reptuable consultant, or UC certified Cisco Partner ?

Thank you Paolo, but your answer doesn't help much.  I can spell reputable, does that mean CCNA Voice would cover this particular challenge?  I don't think so. 

I configured the CME and it is working fine with PRI, 4 backup lines and 60 ephones and 5 VG's with numerous analog ports.  We have night service working however there is a delay and the gain is constantly needing adjustment as the call quality is not good.  I simply want to eliminate the CME as any issue and allow the telco to transfer calls at the CO prior to it hitting the CME for night hours as the site is closed however important nurse/doctor calls are needed at the answering service.  I was hoping someone else had this issue in the past and was looking for some suggestions.

I should also mention we have the telco porting the main number (which is on voice-port 0/1/0 = 5551234) to the PRI.  It is the number 5551234 that I want to be able to have the receptionist press a button (either programmed ephone or speed dial) at the end of the day that would initiate *72,,5559000# through voice-port 0/1/0.   The next morning the receptionist would press a button that would initiate *73 through same voice-port 0/1/0.  Is this possible?

Yes, as mentioned before, you can use dial-peer configuration for that. But you will have to dial as many numbers for as many lines may received a call. So, most people rpefer to handle transfer/schedules at system level instead.

Paolo, can you provide any examples?  As far as most people prefer....what if the CME dies overnight?

There is a variety of ways to cover calls after hours, night service is just one.

Paolo, we aren't communicating well.  Please stop trying to sell me on Cisco ways as I've stated I'm well aware of the CME abilities with night service.  I'm trying to find help, not hire someone.  Here is an example of my config:
