cme call history time off in gui

the clock/timezone in cli and gui are correct, however when you go to Reports>Call History in the GUI, the call times are way off.  I thought maybe it was an NTP issue, as the NTP server they had was unsynced.  So I made the CME router NTP Master but the time showing in the gui is still off.

When I do a show call history in the CLI, the times are correct.  It's only in the gui that it is off.  Any ideas?

Do you have these set under

Do you have these set under voice register global and telephony-service? Here is a config from my lab:

voice register global (for SIP phones)

timezone 23

telephony-service

time-zone 23

You will also need NTP set

ntp peer 10.10.x.x

and Clock

clock timezone CET 1 0
