CME Call-Waiting Line Must Ring

Using CME 3.3. Ephone-dn can either be single line or dual-line. When person is on the phone and a second call comes in, call-waiting must ring the phone, not just give the typical beeps. I have tried many combinations of the button 'c' command with multiple ephone-dn's (same number), but always get a beep. How can I make the phone ring for call-waiting while someone is already on a call?

Issue the command "call-waiting ring" under ephone-dn configuration.
