CME - changing the emergency greeting from outside POTS

How can a user access the GMS and change the emergency greeting from outside, if their only connections to the PSTN are FXO? (No DID).

In your AA create an option with an unused

number ie:6 Then point it to your greeting managetment call-in number. That should work.

So if I'm using the canned aa script in CUE, there isn't an easier way, then? I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I'd hate to have to write a scipt to solve this problem.

What is the gms number? From an Ip phone can you call it and does it answer?

Yes. The GMS number is reachable from inside.

VM pilot is 101, GM is 102.
