here is my scenario, when somebody calls to CME, after three rings the call forwards to cell phone (so far is OK), if cell phone doesn't answer, then the call redirect to CME and caller be able to leave a message on CUE. do you have any suggestion how to configure this scenario? cell phone and CME both running through Cbeyond service provider.
there is no pots dial-peer. I didn't configure hunt group. that's all I did, "call-forward noan 2261492 timeout 10" on ephone-dn which enable it to forward call to cell phone. How can I get call back to CME?
