Hi, I've got to modify the configuration on one of my customers CME's. They would like the users in their campus to dial 0 and be passed to main reception. I've thought of doing this by creating a translation rule, translating 0 to 1200(main reception). Is there a simpler way/best practice to do this? I've had a dig about Cisco's website and cannot seem to find any examples or suggestions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kenny.
