I have a small client with CME. They have two POTS lines that ring inbound as the 2nd and 3rd line on every phone in the building. They occasionally get priority calls from a specific external caller, all of which will originate from the same number. They are asking if they can get a distinctive ring tone for when a call comes in from that number. I know you can set internal/external ring tones but is there any way to tie a specific ring to a specific ANI? I can't find a way in the documentation.
Just out of curiosity, can you do this in a standard CUCM implementation?
