CME/CUE Call redirection

We have an ISR2911 running a small office.

Call Manager Express

15.2-4.M4

CUE 8.6.6

 

We would like to able to redirect incoming calls to external numbers, by one of 2 means:

1.  For administrators to logon on to this system and redirect each extension to a extension specific external number

2. For users to dial into their extension/vmail and redirect their extension to predefined numbers

 

Is either of this possible?

I understand I could give an option within Voicemail for the caller to selct an option to be transfered to the Mailbox users external number.
