CME+ CUE - How to play an audio file instead of ringback?

When a customer calls CME with CUE and dials an extension, a ringing tone is heard by the caller while the call is ringing on the destination phone. It is required to play a marketing message instead of this ringing tone to the calling customer.

Hi Abdul,

You need to create auto attendant scripts on CUE for for caller to here greetings and define the pilot number in that script, so that whenever a user calls from outside, it hits on the pilot number and greeting plays.

You need to make dial peer in CME for this.

This is generally done with call centers, not calls to individual extensions.

With B-ACD/AA, CME's 'mini call center', you can do that.

You cannot when calling an individual extensions, better said you would need a custom TCL/IVR script for that.

TCL scripts: Need to make on Router and keep the audio prompmts in flash:

IVR Scripts: Createwd in CUE and you can recored your scripts by Phone or PC.
