I have a CME and CUE implementation. A user has asked than when a call comes into her DN that if after 5 rings it is not answered, a message is played something along the lines "we are trying to connect you, please wait" and then for the call to be attempted on the DN again. Is this possible or is there some other way of achiving a similar result?
CUE has a very nice scripting tool, for the auto-attendant, which is very similar to the one used with IPCC Express. You can download the tool as a plug-in from the CUE web admin interface, write your script and then upload.
