CME dial plan, direct dial out with no access code

I'm extremely green to CME and VoIP, my client has requested that we setup the system with 4 digit dialing internally and not have to dial 9 or any extra number to call outbound. I have a very limited understanding on dial plans and have been using Cisco config examples to build everything so far, but have not come across anything like their requirement. Any thoughts or ideas how to setup this up would be greatly appreciated.

We are using CME 10.5 with a PRI.

Hi James, Lets say you have

Hi James,

Lets say you have DID range from 41292400 to 41292499 and extension range is 2400-2499. you can configure all your ephone -dn and ephone if its SCCP based (Ip phone) once done users would be able to dial out 4 digit dialing internally and for external call like local, long distance and International.

you have to create pots dial-peer to terminate the call over PRI line. Since as per NANP most of the customers they use 9 and digit they have dial like local,LD or international but you can configure the same w/o using it.

refer to some dial-plan guide which may help you
