CME / Dial Zero

I am using CME and trying to set up a dial zero action. So if any one in the business presses zero it will go to a certain extension or receptionist

Any suggestions?

i tried doing the following

voice translation-rule 100

rule 1 /0/ /1234/

voice translation-profile dial_zero

translate called 100

dial-peer voice 102 voip

translation-profile outgoing dial_zero

destination-pattern 0

you can use use "secondary " option in ephone-dn

Eg:

ephone-dn 1

number 1234 secondary 0

Or you can use "num-exp" globally

num-exp 0 1234

Hop that you are not using "0" for accssing outside line.
