Hi
I'm quite new to CME. I have issue with one telephone which is connected to call manager router across VPN tunnel. I can't hear anything from that telephone but people from side of this telephone hear me very well. It happen only internally in my call manager organization. Ringing outside working good.
Routing between HQ and remote site is ok, all traffic is allowed.
What could be ther reason of this behavior?

Most of the times one-way audio and no audio are related to routing issues, FWs or ACLs, you might have the proper routing from your side to the other, but not viceversa.
Remember the endpoints speak directly, make sure there is a route from the other end to where your phone is.
Aside from that, if calls work with a local phone, I would doubt a FW issue.

Thanks for the clue. Like always, solution was simple. Telephones are not in the voice vlan.
