CME GUI files

Hi,

I try to access to CME GUI "http://IP_Address/ccme.html" after I login by username and password it shows nothing blank page. I think there is no files for CME GUI on flash. I have attach show version, dir flash:, show telephony-service.

Hi

The actually call processing part of CME is built into the IOS.

The GUI is downloaded separately, just be sure that you download the correct version for your version of IOS.. check what you have against this sheet, then get the GUI files from the download pages (www.cisco.com/go/software)

Hi,

Checking the information that uploaded, I dont see the GUI files in the flash, so what you need to do is download the proper GUI files for you CME and upload those to the routers flash.

After that you need to indicate to the router where to look for those files using the "ip http server" and "ip http path" comand and that should be it.
