We have a CME set-up for one of our location.
No issue with WEB login , but option are not clearly visible once we login.
If I click on the different options after login into CME WEB , everytime getting the same java error.

It doesn't seem to be PC/Browser specific issue because everyone getting the same error.
Restarting Telephony services won't able to resolve the issue.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
What is the gui verion? can you paste below command
show flash | i gui
also you can please download a new file back from CCO and load it again after deleting previous one. Just a give it shot .

It could be the possibility that Java version in PC has been upgraded and since that you are facing this issue.
Try to remove the updated version of JAVA or restore the PC from the restore point before JAVA is updated. You can do this for one pc and check.
Please share your "show running-config" and "show flash" output
Did you try connecting using a device whos JAVA wasn't updated. I'm assuming that your network went through a JAVA update and you will need to downgrade your JAVA.
If you are able to open CME/CUE web-page from other location without getting any JAVA error that means its not an issue with CME/CUE setting or GUI file located in flash.
Can you cross verify Brower version/make and Java version between working site and non working site.

I could able to access other CMEs/CUEs through WEB without any issue.
But having issue with one CME , whenever trying to access through WEB , I could able to login without any issue but after login I won't able to access any of the options.
