I am trying to answer the below questions for a proposal and need some assistance.
IP Telephony is provided using Cisco’s call Manager Express (CME) and voicemail using Cisco’s Unity Express module (CUE). This solution is already in place within the customer network and we are required only to upgrade existing End of Sale hardware. This will involve taking the configuration from the existing voice routers and using this to create a configuration on a voice gateway in the new router. The customer has PSTN connectivity via FXO ports for external calls and will use the MPLS network for internal calls. [ Is this a straight forward hardware upgrade and any other requirements that may be needed – licencing ??]
