CME, how to change the caller id in the middle?

I have integratoin between CME 4.0(2) and Unity 4.2(1) and want to change the caller id in the middle to create a call handler in Unity box to handle the call CFB/CFN from the ephone.

-DN1000 should able to direct access her personal voice mail (caller id=1000)

-CFN/CFB from DN1000 should kick the call handler which configured extension2000 (caller id=2000)

It works if I apply the profile 'VM' to 'ephone-dn 300' but doesn't in 'ephone-dn 200'

How can I manipulate the caller id to '2000' in 'ephone-dn 200'?

Did you try changing the name parameter under ephone-dn?
