Hi,
I´ve configured the following translation rule set to add a leading "0" to incoming numbers, in order to have a working "Missed Calls" list.
The rules are for Florida (Orlando), but i´m not sure if they are 100% correct.
voice translation-rule 9
rule 1 /^321\(.*\)/ /0321\1/
rule 2 /^407\(.*\)/ /0407\1/
rule 3 /^1321\(.*\)/ /0321\1/
rule 4 /^1407\(.*\)/ /0407\1/
rule 8 /\(1..........\)/ /0\1/
rule 9 /\(..........\)/ /01\1/
voice translation-profile INCOMING_TRANSLATION
translate calling 9
translate called 1
!
Does anyone have experiences with this here in Florida?
Another question would be: How can international incoming numbers be identified, so i would add a "0011" as a prefix?
Thanks!
Heinz

For everything related to translations you have very usefull testing tool inside CME:
test voice translation ... - in "enable" mode
Try it.

Thanks - I know this test method. The problem is, that I dont know how calls from external countries (i.e. Canada, Mexico, Germany, ...) can be identified exactly. Is there a strict rule (i.e. the number of digits)?
Thanks!

Well I think there is no way that you can match international numbers based on number of digits or something like that...there are just to much options for that
