A person that calls a phone that has more than one line does not hears the busy tone if the called person is already talking to someone on another line. What can we do so the person that is calling will know that the other is on the phone with someone else?
If you configure ephone-dn as dual-line with "huntstop channel", you will get busy when person is talking, but in case of multiple ephone-dn, when it line is free, caller will hear ringback.
