CME + Locales

Hi There,

I'm trying to configure the Portuguese Locale for 7911G in CME

I tryied to follow the Config Guide.. but I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

I downloaded the locale file, now it is in the flash:/

pt-tc-sccp.jar

I created the alias:

tftp-server flash:/pt-tc-sccp.jar alias user_define_1/tc-sccp.jar

I copy the locale to the user_define_1:

flash:user_define_1/tc_sccp.jar

Now I try this, and receive an error:

Router(config)#telephony-service

Router(config-telephony)#user-locale 1 U1 BR

Updating CNF files

CNF-FILES: Clock is not set or synchronized, retaining old versionStamps

Cannot open flash:/its/user_define_1_tags_file, some TAGs will be displayed in English

Cannot open flash:/its/user_define_1_utf8_tags_file, some TAGs will be displayed in English

CNF files update complete

Please issue 'create cnf' command after the locale change

What is missing ?

Can you try adding the command "create cnf-files"

Router(config)#telephony-service

Router(config-telephony)#user-locale 1 U1 BR

create cnf-files

I tryied, but the error persist...

The conf. guide talk about those "language_tags_file" and _language_utf8_tags_file" .. but they didn't come with the packgage...

This is a part of running conf.

Ok, I found those 2 files...

that's the result

CNF file creation is already On
