Hi
We have a running CME - CUE system, people can leave and listen voicemail without any problem, but voice message indicator on phones not working. It is always off. Both CME and CUE config are attached. Can you please check and advise.

checked the config seems you have not configured it correctly, also method which you are using outcalling.
dial-peer voice 2 voip
max-conn 16
destination-pattern 77.

Make above changes on CME config, hope this will fix your MWI issue, if didn't try debug the issue. collect the debug ccsip messages and post the same.
