CME or CMBE

I have a client that is looking at both technologies. I can not find a document that does a side by side comparison of features between the two. Even the SRND doesn't show what features like mobility, paging, etcd.are offered. Any advice on feature comparisions between the two running version 7.

How many extensions do they require? Also check on CMBE price before thinking is less that CM+appliance and comparable to CME.

Also the administration of the products is totally different some may not like give cli comamnds most of the time or viceversa a eb interface.

The client has about 50 phones. I am looking for mostly what features that CME has compared to CMBE like paging is better with CME, but the mobility features may be more robust with CMBE etc.

If you do the math you will find that budget wise it can be difficult to justify CMBE cost for just 50 phones. In that segment, CME wins "hands down".

Certainly there are features that are in one but not in the other '(e.g. cm 7.0 have monitoring and recording, while CME has line-selection for CFA), but I think are more the fundamental differences influencing the choice.
