Hi everyone.
I have a problem which randon phones frezees when access to call history in CME. After that you reset the phone and it works again
This happend to randon phones.
I have reloaded the router and the issue persist. The CPU process and memory look fine.
I don't know where look into to find out the problem.
Any ideas?

Router platform? IOS version?
Affected IP Phones? Firmware versions?

Cisco IOS Software, C3900 Software (C3900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
The las user suffered the issue has a 6941 model with SCCP69xx.9-1-1-0 firmware.

Did you try upgrading to the latest firmware?
