CME Question About Third Party Analoque Device

Hi

Customer has a CME AND ONE ATA

We want one third party analoque device that it will be connected to the ATA and will have the fuctionality to transfer calls

Do you know any device ?

Hi Chrysostomos,

When they are on a call they should be able to

use "Flash" to start a call transfer. Can you give that

a try

The recall/flash button is the "R" button int right centre according to the manual

Any analog phone can transfer calls using hookflash or the dedicated button. What is the problem or need that is being faced here ?

The specific model that the customer has is  Panasonic KX-TG1612EH and they dont see anywhere any button for transfer

If you have any other device better that this with transfer button pls advice
