CME "9951 & 9971" calls problem

Hay guys

I have a CME          

SCCP and SIP phones are registered on it

but i have a problem with 9951 and 9971

I can call them but i can't call from them

even the 8961 is working fine as a sip phone

but only these two type of phones have this problem

Any idea

when i activate the video and camera

I face this problem

when deactivating it everything is working fine

I have CME not CUCM

SIP Phones not SCCP

when i dubug the call "debug voice ccapi inout"

in the CME i got no logs related to this phone or this call

Hi Zaher,

I was just guessing if this DOC could help you.what is CME version ?

Can u share the show run/ show diag show inventory and show version of router?

lastly,do you have video enabled on 8961 also.
