CME Remove DND Status

Does anyone know if it is possible change the dnd status of an ephone without using the actual phone and without reloading the whole system.

The reason I ask is we had a customer who asked us to change a hunt group list after hours. But a phone that was a memeber of the hunt group was left with DND on and we could not find a way of turning DND off on this phone through the phone system. CME will not let you change the member list if a member is logged out. In the end we reloaded.

I have had this issue as well. Ive noticed that from time to time with CME, if a phone is in DND, it sometimes will not come out, even if I reset the phone. Usually I just delete the ephone and rebuild it, and this remedies the issue. However, I am not sure of the root cause of the issue, it could be a bug.
