I have to configure a ccme with the following cards:
VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE=
VIC-4FXS/DID=
How do i configure the settings for russia? I haven't found any info for configuring this interfaces according to the standards of Russia.

Configure the BRI interface for switchtype basic-net3. Configure "cptone RU" under the FXS voice-port. That's all.
