CME Sccp phones

Hello,

I have 7942 phones and they are registered on the CME router, but i see the attached logs in debug,so i am worried why that so ????, one of my colleague also receiving the same logs on his router but his 7942 phones are not registering.

Looks like normal unregistration of the phone due to either phone being disconnected or reset, etc.

Dear Chris,

the logs seen are when the phone is connected to the network and it is trying to update English_United_States/mk-sccp.jar file and then reset himself and boots again then it try to find the ctl,itl files where the error are seen 09:18:19: TFTP: Sending error 1 No such file,

What is the actual issue here?

Those messages are expected unless you have secured environment to download CTL file, etc.

As you being the community expert, can you elaborate more how i can find out it is secured environment or non secured in my CME??
