I have a problem whereby when I do configuration via GUI for my CME 4.1, I will sometimes get "Invalid ITS command option" (There is nothing wrong with my changes, as I have did the configuration numerous times). When I get this error, I can't save the changes I have made.
I have this problem now, and we do not have Extension Mobility enabled for anything.
What else could give a user "logout profile"? I don't understand what that even means.
Basically, we have a phone here that shows it is connected in the Advanced Call Connecter (for over 120 hrs now), but it can receive and place calls as normal (the user at the desk doesn't know their extension has been connected ... only we as admins can see it).
