Hi all,
Anybody know how to setup a Call pick-up on CME with SIP using Linksys phone SPA901 ?

The thing is that since the linksys is not a real cisco phone, no "advance" feature will probably work.

Using FAC to have access to the feature I think it should work. On the guide they say "SIP phones that do not support the PickUp and GpickUp soft keys must use feature access codes (FACs) to access these features. " I will try on a Lab environment tomorrow.

Have you managed call pickup working with SIP linksys SPA901? If yes could you share please your config /CME version.
I'm trying to do the same with Linksys SIP SPA942 without sucess.

Hi,
Sorry, I can't remember more information about this case, but I think if you are using CME, as said before, the FAC feature should work.
Officially this phone doesn't support Call Pickup:
