Hi All,
I have several 9951's that I've added to CME 9.0. Users of SCCP phones are used to use the Speed Dial softkey. I need this same functionality for these SIP phones.
I've read the Feature Policy Soft Key Control section in the Administation Guide and haven't been able to figure out how to enable the Speed Dial softkey. I was able to manually modify the featurePolicy1.xml file which enable the Speed Dial button. Unfortunatly once I entered the command Create Profile the file was overwritten an dresorted back to the default which removed the Speed Dial button.
What step am I missing??
