My phone says "requesting configuration" the displays No Load Specified and never boot up. But if I run a TFTP server on my PC and then set the phone to ALT TFTP Server, the phone boots up into CME. Of course the button settings are not there since some needed files are not on the PC. I have no clue aws to what file is missing on my CME router. And the weird thing is that I have one phone the does work on the CME router but no matter how many other phones I try to cnnect will work. Except, if I do a fresh load of the firmware and have the ephone mac-address already configured, a new phone will work once. If the new phone is re-booted, it no longer works.
I am using a c2851 route with the IOS c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M3.bin. Just he built-in CME softrware are my flash drive is too small for the full CME load.
The tftp server is working as I tested it by downloading a file to my PC using a tftp client.
Attached is my CME router's config file. Any help you can provide would be welcomed!
FYI, one time this router was connected to a CUCM 8 server but that is no longer used.
