CME Unity Express can not retrieve messages internal

I have a user MWI indicates that the phone shows that he has voicemail but when he pushes button to retrieve the message internal the Unity express says he has no messages but the user can retrive them externally. I also have a couple other users saying the same issue is happening to them.

Any ideals, thanks.
