CME with CCX needs to be connected to Nortel 61c or MyTel switch
At this time I will be integrating CME (4.2) with CCX(5.0) that will be hosted on a 2851 512 mem /128 flash with a T1 card to a Nortel 61c or MyTel PBX switch. I am fairly certain integration will be through the Nortel 61c.
The need is to enable CCX to function when a caller using a Nortel or MyTel (both are installed at this site) to connect to CCX and allow the script/application to function from there. CCX is the only solution to use that will enable the DB, E-mail, Voice Recording and IVR needs.
I have been looking around for implementation/integration information that will define how to perform this integration and have not found anything definitive enough to enable me to make certain of all my needs.
It appears that QSIG may be the correct direction but I need to get a better handle on how to perform this integration and some potential problems such as CLID - Called Party etc not being displayed correctly before I say we can deploy.
Any one have any solutions/directions I would appreciate hearing them.
