!

ephone-dn 142

number 800...

mwi on

!

on the CUE:

ccn application ciscomwiapplication aa

description "ciscomwiapplication"

enabled

maxsessions 8

script "setmwi.aef"

parameter "CallControlGroupID" "0"

parameter "strMWI_OFF_DN" "801"

parameter "strMWI_ON_DN" "800"

end application

ccn subsystem sip

gateway address "192.168.25.254"

mwi sip sub-notify

end subsystem

and if I access the MWI setting from GUI I find the following under the outgoing:

MWI On Number: < No MWI on Numbers Defined on CCME >

Hi,

Please check the following:

1. You are using 800...

so confirm that your dial plan is using 3-numbers as the number of dots

2. Make sure that '' mwi sip outcall '' is configured under the ccnsubsystem sip command

3. if nothing help, please collect these traces which should help:

cue-3660-41a>trace ccn stacksip dbug

cue-3660-41a>clear trace

cue-3660-41a>mwi refresh telephonenumber 11043

cue-3660-41a>show trace buffer long

wish these be helpful

I too had this problem with cue 7.0, i changed mwi notification to SIP notify and all is well.

eg

CME

sip-ua

mwi-server ipv4:10.168.2.253 expires 3600 port 5060 transport udp

!

!

ephone-dn 1

mwi sip

CUE

ccn subsystem sip

gateway address "10.168.2.254"

mwi envelope-info

mwi sip sub-notify

end subsystem
