CME4.0.0 + CUE2.2.2, how can AA monitor a directory number's status

An operator's phone has 3 lines:

line1: personal number(has voicemail)

line2: receives external calls(forwarded by CME),if this line is busy, or no aswer in 5 rings, calls are forwarded to the 2nd operator.

line3: monitors a group mailbox

I wanna write a srcipt, which accomplishes this:

If any of the 3 lines is busy, the incoming calls should be forwarded to the next operator. The key is, how can the script get the status of line1/3 (idle or busy)?

Seems to me you need no script.

Line 2 is part of sequential hunt group with the desired timeout. You can have an hunt login soft button to make it faster to forward call to other hunt memeber when desired.

Line 1 and 3 will display an envelope next to the button when there are messages.

Of these, you can choose which one will lit the MWI with the command "mwi-line" in ephone configuration mode..
