CMR File Question

We have a CUCM 8.6 Cluster exporting CDR/CMR files to an FTP server for Call Records and Statistics.  (These files are then parsed by Solarwinds VNQM.)  The RTP stream is as follows:

Phone <------------> DSP Farm on 3845 <------------> Acme SBC <------------> ITSP

After parsing through the CDR and CMR files, I found that each call has a Global Call ID that is referenced in the CDR files.  This Global Call ID is further referenced in the CMR files to match the call statistics with the actual call.  However, I only have entries in the CMR files for phones.

After reading an Admin Guide from the Cisco site, I think that only phones and MGCP end-points will be refereneced in the CMR files.  I just wanted to check with some people to see if this is the case or not.

Are only phones and MGCP end-points referenced in the CMR files?
