Collaboration Edge Not connect Jabber to CUCM when shutdown a subscriber

Hi all,

 

We are installing the collaboration Edge solution with expressway C and e

 

The services is working correctly, but when I shutdown a subscriber, the jabber client not connect to the CUCM Service from outside of office.

 

Inside the jabber connect correctly.

 

The customer have CUCM 10.0 and Presence 10.0.

The expressway C and E have the version 8.1

 

The cluster of callmanager is a Publisher and two subscriber.

The Presence Server is a Publisher and one subscriber.
