Comfiguring FAC codes for a Cisco Call Manager 6.1
Is there any way to change the setting of the FAC codes???, the thing is that I am looking for a way to increase the timer before the system plays a tone that prompts for the authorization code...The Documentation of this version 6.1 says that the timer is 1 or 2 secs which is not enought for my end users who need more time to ingress the code.. Thanks for your help

change the T302 timer for that
one thing is how much time it will be after you dial and hear the tone prompting you for the FAC and other how much time you have to enter the FAC. the interdigit timeout timer is the same for the FAC and by default is 15 seconds between each digit dialed
