hi

i have this scenario: ccm 6.1, e1 configured as mgcp gateway on 2821

i have a problem that is everytime when the router reboots this command:

mgcp call-agent 192.168.1.10 2427 service-type mgcp version 1

changes to

mgcp call-agent my-router 2427 service-type mgcp version 1

i mean after reboot the ip address in the above command changes to gateway name

so i have to change the name to ip address manually again so that the gateway is going to register with ccm

another same issue, e1 is configured with framing no-crc4, also after reboot this framing type is removed and i have to configure it manually again so that isdn layers will come up and work fine...

did anyone face like this before

plz help

Maybe: I can't remmeber exactly.

no ip domain name

no ip name-server

or if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Just config a static host

ip host my-router 192.168.1.10

As far as the framing, set it in CallManager. Sounds like you have "ccm-manager config" turned on. When you reboot the router, it is downloading the config from CallManager which is "wrong"
