Commands for resetting voicemail password on Cisco 3845

Hi,

We have Cisco 3845 CCME for all our IP Phones (3940 series). I can use the main ccme.html (Cisco Callmanager Express) to configure phones and extensions but not the voicemail boxes.

Can anyone please provide relavent commands to change/reset a voicemail box password?

Hi,

You will need to login into the VMAIL cli

Once you are on the VMAIL module

conf t

user username pin

E.g.

user bobby pin 125690

This is what I did;

>service-module service-engine 2/0 session

cue>user USERNAME pin NEWPIN
