communication between IP comunicator right through vpn

I have a problem.

I have been an IP comunicator right through a vpn.

I can call without any problem to phones that are registered locally and the PSTN.

but when I try to dial to another IP that is registered comunicator right through vpn we fail to establish the call.

could anyone help

Lets start by mentioning what call control and version you're using, and not just the problem.

Also, exact call flow??
