compatibility of ip phone

Hi,  I have a customer who is using snom ip phones.  The are considering the cucm-be, however wishes to retain the snom phones.  The snom website mentions compatibility with cucm-5 but not any current versions.  Can someone throw in some light?

You can attempt to register

You can attempt to register them as 3rd party SIP phones, I know others have. Cisco used to publish supported 3rd party SIP phones here, but this link no longer works:

Thanks for the reply!  Much appreciated.

Does this require additional licensing on the CUCM or we can use the CUWL or user licensing?

Hi Nitin.This doc explains

Hi Nitin.

This doc explains what kind of license do you need to add Basic or Advanced third party SIP phone on CUCM

Basically if you own enough UCL or UWL you'll be able to add SIP third party phones

Depending on configuration

Depending on configuration either CUWL or UCL will work.
