Hi,
I have a two cisco3821 router with 2 PVDMII DSP64-channel. It supports up to 8 participants per conference ( G729). I need to increase no of participants. Is it passible to do it..? (I came to know from cisco doc is 8 per conference). or is it limitation of PVDM.?
Note:In MRGL I had included all the DSP resources and assigned to devices.

Yes, 8 participants is the maximum with PVDMs, you can use the software CFB which supports 128 participants, but it's only G711. One solution would be to use software bridge with local transcoders on the central site router.
