We are running CUCM 7.0 in our cluster, we are able to get the report for the phones, but we are unable to generate the conference bridge utilization report from the cdr reports.I have done the possible troubleshooting like disabling the CDR flags and renabbling it and restarting the CDR related services on all the servers.

You can either view reports that the system automatically generates or generate new reports. Only CAR administrators can schedule reports for automatic generation. See Chapter 29, "Configuring the CAR System Scheduler", for more information.
