Hi
We have CUCM 8.0.3 on production.
Some reason 3 party conference is not working. The moment we add 3rd call to conference, call get drops.
We have observed, there is no problem with codec mismatch. Calls are using g711.
Conference fails for all internal calls as well as all PSTN calls via gateway also mix of internal and PSTN calls.
I have attached the RTMT log files from CUCM.
Extension from Conference initiated is 3443.
Other two extensions used for conference call is 3883 and 3442. PSTN line used for conference is 2252586
Pls suggest

What conferencing resources are you using hardware/software?
Does the initiating party have MRGL/MRG with Conference bridge defined in it?

Dear Chris
Configured CUCM software based resourses.
Conference Bridge, MTP, MRG and MRGL are defined and applied.
Conference was working and may be since few days it is stopped working.
I have attached log files previously, any hint from these files?
Rgds

Have you tried resetting the streaming service in CUCM?
Has any configuration changed, i.e. regions/MRGLs, etc?

Dear Chris
I have restarted steaming service, but still same problem.
I have created separate MRG and MRGL and Device Pool. Also all call codecs are g711.
Still conf call cant establish.
Any clues from the logs I attached?

Hi all
I am facing similar issue with our CUCM 8.6 which is also in production. Have just switched our office system from CME to CUCM 8.6 last month. But ever since, 3-party conference and MOH doesn't seem to be working. I've configured MGRL and conference bridge. Let me add here that 3-party conference is working with internal extensions only. If PSTN parties are invloved, the call drops on pressing the Confrence button. Any advice is appreciated.
Cheers
Binu
